What is leefshop’s shipping policy?

WADISHOP offers 7 day to 15 business days shipping on all orders. 

Keep in mind that estimated shipping days means business days.

We can’t control delays caused by carriers, information errors, changes to orders or bad weather. (Although we’re working on the weather thing.) But if you ever feel like a delay is our fault, or even if you’re just worried about where your stuff is, please reach out and we’ll see what we can do to help — waiting forever is not fun at all, and we want you to be happy.

How can I track the order?

Once we ship your order, you will receive a shipping confirmation email. Currently we haven’t integrated the shipping tracking information to our site, but we will finish it later.

How to change shipping information?

You can sign in to your account and go to the addresses book to change your shipping information.

Can I change the shipping address after placing the order?

You can email us at leefshopping@hotmail.com to ask for a change before your order has been shipped. We will try our best to satisfy your demand.

Can I ship items in the same order to multiple addresses?

Sorry, you can’t. If you want items to ship to different addresses, you need to place the orders separately.

Why does my order return back to you by the courier company?

If the courier cannot reach you and deliver the package successfully for more than 10 days from shipping, the package will be sent back to us.

If the items are damaged what should I do?
